First Beams and Joists cut and ready to square up.Project: Front and Back Deck's Wood purchased from HomedepotBefore placing joists I use a Square to measure corners and nail gun to secure them.To place the Joist first I measured and marked 16 inch centers. Then tap them into place with rubber mallet. Then use Nail gun to secure themDeck frame one done on to the next.The old deck frame was probably savable but I decided to rebuild it anyway.The old wood from the back deck.This is the new back deck frame. Ensured it was level.
